A tour of the screen

nouter has a sidebar on the left, always visible, and the content on the right.

At the top are the main sections:

  • Home: the screen where you start a new task.
  • Workspaces: all your workspaces, each with its own conversations, documents and connections.
  • Blueprints: reusable starting points you published or saved.
  • Outputs: everything your workspaces produced, in one place.
  • Customize: your Skills and your Connectors.
  • Scheduled: your scheduled tasks.
  • Explore: featured templates to start from scratch.

Below the sections are your Favorites and your Recent workspaces. Each workspace’s menu lets you favorite it, rename it, share it, mute its notifications or delete it.

At the foot of the sidebar is your avatar, which opens the account menu. Light or dark mode is chosen in Settings → General, and your connectors are in Customize → Connectors.

Tapping your avatar shows your email, your workspace name and your plan (Trial, N days left, Paid or Payment pending). From there you open Settings, a window with General, Account and Usage, and a Customize group with Skills and Connectors. If you’re an Owner of the workspace you also see Organization settings and Analytics; you switch Language between Español and English and open Get help. During the trial, Owners see Upgrade plan. At the bottom is Sign out.

During the trial, above the account menu there’s a card with the days left. Owners see an Upgrade your account link on it that goes to Billing. With 7 days or fewer it turns red.

If a payment can’t be charged, a strip appears above the content: We couldn’t charge the subscription, with a link to Billing for Owners.

Organization is a full-screen area with its own sidebar, for administering your workspace. The workspace’s Owners see it (see Groups and roles); for everyone else, Organization doesn’t appear. The sections are: Notifications, Organization and access, Billing, Usage, Data and privacy, Capabilities, Git providers, Models, Members, Groups, Roles, Skills, Connectors, Appearance and Formats. At the top is ← Back to app.

When you open a workspace, the chat is on the left and the content on the right. In the top bar of the right pane you switch between the app’s view (for example Doc or Slides), Code and Connections, and open Activity, where you see the agent’s actions and the ones that Needs review.
