If the workspace is suspended

When a charge doesn’t go through, the workspace isn’t cut off overnight: first it goes to Payment pending and keeps working. If the payment isn’t resolved, the workspace is suspended and all you can do is pay.

  • The trial ended and you didn’t subscribe. When the 30-day trial runs out, the workspace is suspended.
  • A payment has been pending for 10 days.
  • The subscription ended and nothing is paid up.
  • nouter scheduled the workspace’s deletion, for example because the company asked to close it. The workspace stays suspended for 30 days before it’s deleted, and the deletion can be stopped in that time.

With the workspace suspended, the screen shows the reason:

  • Your trial ended, with the date it ended.
  • Payment pending, with the date the charge has been pending since.
  • Your subscription ended, with its date.
  • This workspace is scheduled for deletion, with “Nouter scheduled its deletion.”

It also says the date the workspace will be deleted if it isn’t resolved.

  • Owners see the Billing screen and pay from there.
  • Everyone else sees “Ask a workspace admin to subscribe” and can sign out.
  • With a scheduled deletion, everyone sees the same: “To stop it, write to hello@nouter.ai” and Sign out. There’s nothing to pay: nouter stops the deletion.

While the workspace is suspended, the agent can’t be used.

When the payment clears, the workspace reactivates on its own. The screen shows “Payment received, reactivating the workspace…” and reloads itself when it’s ready. If it takes longer than usual, a Reload button appears.

If you canceled the plan, the workspace keeps working until the end of the paid period. You can subscribe again before it’s deleted.

If the workspace is scheduled for deletion, write to hello@nouter.ai before the deletion date. When nouter stops the deletion, the workspace works again and the plan goes on as it was, unless its period ended in the meantime: then the workspace stays suspended with Your subscription ended and an owner subscribes again from Billing.
