I can't get into the workspace
Find what you see in the first column. If your case isn’t there, write to an owner of your workspace: they are the ones who can invite you.

If you’re an owner and someone can’t get in
Section titled “If you’re an owner and someone can’t get in”- Look at Organization → Members → Pending: the invitations and the requests to join are there.
- If the invitation didn’t reach them, use Resend in the row’s ⋮ menu (if the email doesn’t arrive, see I don’t get the emails).
- If the email is misspelled, Cancel invitation and invite again with the right one.
- If it’s from another domain, invite them by email: the invitation link is for your company’s domains.
If your workspace is new
Section titled “If your workspace is new”You sign in with the workspace address you chose when you created it. If you use a free email account, your teammates join by invitation: share the workspace link with them (Creating your workspace).
