Sharing a skill of your own

From a skill’s own menu in Customize → Skills you share it with another person in the organization, and it shows up for them in Yours → Shared with you, with who shared it and off until they turn it on.

If the author leaves, the skill keeps working and the inventory shows a notice with Review that leads to stopping the share.
