Groups, Roles and Available to

Organization adds Groups and Roles: in Groups you create groups by hand and add people to them; in Roles you create custom roles with a name and a description, and assign groups to them.

In Models, the Available to column chooses which roles use each model (empty is All roles) and applies in the chat picker, the turn and an output’s models. It only reaches members with the Custom role, and a decision model shows “—”. The five fixed roles and the role tabs are separate and don’t reach customers yet.
