October fixes
October’s small fixes, together.
In the app, Chrome’s automatic translator no longer breaks screens. If a screen fails, you see Something went wrong with Reload, instead of the raw error in English, and the error is reported. Deny on the approval card always withdraws the action and the notice shows the connector’s message. Open tabs reconnect on their own after an update and offer a reload. An invalid SKILL.md shows its error in Organization → Skills → Marketplaces, and the conversation list rows work with the keyboard.
In connectors: GitHub’s Disconnect deletes the account even when it can’t be revoked in GitHub; Slack picks the only workspace when there’s one; the Salesforce connection is titled “Salesforce (‹your domain›)”, a create that fails ambiguously isn’t retried, and a connection from the previous version is shared as a native one; NetSuite connects even when the role can’t read names, and the connection is named by email and role; Google says which API is missing (Slides, Docs, Sheets or People); EmDash respects the collection’s real state when applying or reverting and gives clear errors instead of an empty response.
